Eligibility for Refunds

We take pride in providing premium-quality products, each carefully inspected before dispatch. Refunds are only considered if the product is returned in its original condition—unused, unwashed, unworn, and free from stains, odors, or damage. All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact for the return to be valid. Requests made beyond 15 days of delivery, or products that fail to meet the required condition, may not qualify for a refund. Please note that refunds are not offered for natural fabric shrinkage or issues related to wash care, as it is impossible to evaluate how the product was handled after purchase.

Refund Process & Limitations

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of the refund. If approved, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, excluding shipping, postage, customs duties, or any other additional charges. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Products that are used, washed, or returned in poor condition will not be eligible, and in such cases, we reserve the right to deny the refund. This policy ensures fairness while maintaining the quality and authenticity of our collection.

How to Return & Contact

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own expense. It is recommended to pack the product securely to avoid any damage in transit, as items damaged during return shipping will not be accepted for a refund.
